1. Three month minimum rental.
2. $129.00 minimum monthly rental.
3. Next day delivery upon credit approval (Monday-Friday).
4. 1st month's rental and security deposit due upon delivery.
5. No delivery charge within Allegheny Co.; otherwise delivery charge based on location (includes pick up).
6. Security deposit required.
7. All furniture and options subject to PA state sales tax. (7% sales tax).
8. Rental payment terms: due upon receipt of invoice.
